Terms of Service
These terms apply to the website bodyrangers.com, the BodyRangers channels on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and X, and the BodyRangers Studio app. BodyRangers is operated by Le Ngoc Hoan, an individual creator in Vietnam. By using them you accept these terms. The English version is the reference version.
1. Health information is not medical advice
Our videos and pages explain health topics for general education. They are compiled from official sources but do not replace diagnosis, advice or treatment by a doctor. We do not examine patients or answer questions about individual cases. If you have symptoms, see a health professional; in an emergency in Vietnam, call 115. You use the information at your own risk. Videos use a synthetic narration voice and computer-generated 3D and 2D images.
2. BodyRangers Studio and YouTube
- BodyRangers Studio is a private tool used only by the owner of the BodyRangers channels to publish our own videos and read our own statistics. It is not offered to the public and may not be used by anyone else.
- BodyRangers Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the Studio's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- The Studio also publishes through the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and Buffer (TikTok, X); their own terms apply to content published there.
- How the Studio uses data, and how to revoke its access, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
3. Our content
Videos, scripts, images, the BodyRangers name and logo, and the mascot Bạch Bạch belong to BodyRangers. You may watch and share links to our content. You may not re-upload, sell or present it as your own, or use the name and mascot in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Sources we cite remain the property of their owners.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or our channels: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to them, and no impersonation of BodyRangers. Comments on our channels must follow the rules of each platform; we may hide or report comments that give dangerous medical claims, spam or abuse.
5. Corrections
We check facts carefully, but mistakes can happen. If you find an error, email us; we correct it and note the correction.
6. Links to other sites
We link to platforms and sources we do not control. Their content and policies are their own responsibility.
7. Liability
The website, channels and Studio are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, BodyRangers is not liable for loss or harm arising from use of, or reliance on, our content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Vietnamese consumer law.
8. Changes, law and contact
